Report to work wearing correct apparel and on time as printed within the worker reference.
Assist Front workplace Manager in increasing area revenues whereas maintaining current rooms inventory and management.
Assist in maintaining standards of excellence in quality and repair as established in edifice S.O.P.s/standards.
Ensure positive guest relations through continuous interaction with edifice guests and backbone of any problems/complaints during a timely manner.
Communicate effectively with sales and reservations to properly institute yield management procedures.
Administer applicable accounting procedures about the front workplace.
Perform MOD duties pro re nata
Monitor correct use of guest safe deposit boxes.
Maximize communication among the front workplace, reservations, guest services, PBX and work.
Prepare forecasts and reports pro re nata (payroll forecast, OT requests etc.)
Perform duties of all front workplace positions as necessary.
Maintain front workplace operations in absence of Front workplace Manager.
Work with the Front workplace Manager and Human Resources Director in interviewing, selecting, and maintaining correct staffing levels.
Assist Front workplace Manager with on-going coaching activities and monitor performance of all front workplace personnel.
Document personnel connected issues and communicate with the Front workplace Manager and in his/her absence, the Director of Human Resources and Rooms Division Director.
Assist the Front workplace Manager in reviewing, with front workplace personnel, their work performance as regular by edifice S.O.P.s/standards.
Attend regular conferences with Front workplace personnel to take care of effective communications of all pertinent info.
