Reservations Manager at Marriott

Responsible for soliciting and managing of reservations sales-related opportunities. Manages and provides coaching and work assignments to Reservations staff. Actively up-sells every business chance to maximise revenue chance. Achieves personal and team connected revenue goals. chargeable for driving client loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout every client expertise. Provides service to our customers so as to grow share of the account on behalf of the corporate.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Education and skill
  • Highschool credentials or GED; no work expertise needed.

OR

  • 2-year degree from associate licenced university in Business Administration, Marketing, edifice and edifice Management, or connected major; two years expertise within the sales and promoting, guest services, front desk, or connected skilled space.

Conducting Daily Reservations Sales Activities

  • Responds to incoming reservations sales opportunities for the property that area unit outside parameters of the .

  • Uses sales resources and administrative/support workers effectively.
  • Assists in observance cluster reservation forecast information.
  • Coordinates with sales and Convention Services to method rooming lists and reservation cards.
  • Executes and supports the operational aspects of business engaged (e.g., generating proposal, writing contract, client correspondence).
  • Assists with observance accuracy of reservation sales orders at intervals pursuit systems.
  • Tracks no-show reservations and processes charges as required.
  • Checks daily arrivals to make sure all necessary request directions area unit applied to reservations.
  • Manages wait list and prioritizes order of wait list contacts to be created.
  • Prepares work and maintenance orders.
